Danski Coaching Academy

Thank you for your interest in joining Danski Coaching Academy for our 12-month apprenticeship training and coaching education program.  You will be working one-on-one with Deanna Danski to receive a fusion of both personalized coaching training and private coaching.  Deanna draws from her years as a professional coach, her Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, as well as life, health, and group coaching certificates.  She has been mentored by many magnificent coaches and brings all her experience together to bring you a rich, diversified approach to the still very new coaching industry.  Unlike many traditional programs that focus solely on information and training, Deanna focuses on transformation and action.  At the end of 12 months, her intention is for you to have a clear mission, style, and brand to create your ideal paying clients.  Along with business training, you’ll receive personal coaching that will help support you in clearing personal blocks in life and business.  The learning is personalized and thus follows a flexible curriculum that is molded for your personal needs.  We teach people, not subjects. YOU are the focus of the program.  As you’ll experience as an entrepreneur, you get out what you put in.

The Program

You will be enrolled into a 12-month personalized coaching program that includes personal, professional, and business coaching.  While the curriculum is flexible in nature, throughout the year you will cover all of the following topics:

• Ethics of Coaching
• Contracts and Agreements
• Client Creation/Enrollment
• Building Your Ideal Business
• Developing Your Personalized Brand
• Marketing

Sessions will be held 3 times per month with one week off for integration.  Sessions are held the same day and time each week, but can be rescheduled with advance notice, pending availability. Each session is one hour long and will include training, coaching, Q&A, homework and/or whatever is present and in service to you. Please come prepared. While many great learnings will occur within our sessions, true growth happens between them. For emergency support, 15 minutes spot coaching is available per month.

Homework will be assigned often and will include reading books, listening to audios, watching videos, and filling out worksheets.  As you build you business, the homework will evolve and reflect your goals.  This may include: building a coaching website, sending out coaching session invitations, writing a blog, running a workshop, collecting testimonials, creating an email list, etc.

We are committed to creating an experiential training program that suits you and your specific needs and goals.  It’s a collaborative process where you and Deanna will design your business and life in such a way that will support you in getting started as a coach.  Each client’s needs, abilities, personalities, and goals are different, so it’s important to maintain open and honest communication to maximize benefit and enjoyment.  There is a significant investment of time, finances, and energy that goes into creating a business and it is most profitable when your readiness and commitment are both 100%.
